Tide is the only powder HE detergent I can find at the grocery store now, so that's what I've been using. Liquid Gain HE and Tide HE were very soapy and didn't seem to rinse out as well as the powder. May 25, 2019·Yes, you can use Tide to wash your bike, it doesn't harm coating and do very clean job. I just diluted it in a spray bottle at maybe 1 to 10 , so it's cheap , i rince the bike to removed exces of mud, spray with Tide, let it sit 2-3 minutes and then pressure wash.
